Clothido is a homegrown, Made-in-India brand offering handcrafted and made-to-order clothing. Each product is designed with care and made only after your order is confirmed.

2. Orders and Payment

• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• All products are made-to-order and require 10 to 15 days for production before shipping.
• Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.

3. Custom Orders and Sizing

• We accept customization requests.
• You can DM us on Instagram or contact us directly for custom designs and sizing.
• Custom orders follow the same delivery timeline unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer shipping within India and internationally.
• Shipping charges apply and vary based on location.

5. Exchange Policy

• Refunds are not provided.
• Exchange is allowed within 3 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned by the customer. We do not offer reverse pickup.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
