Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Clothido, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, please note the following terms for exchanges:

1. No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds on any orders once placed.

2. Exchange Only:
We offer exchange on products if the request is made within 3 days of receiving the package.
Any request made after 3 days will not be accepted.

3. Self-Courier for Exchange:
Customers must courier the product back to us on their own.
We do not provide a reverse pickup service.

4. Exchange Conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Once we receive the product and it passes our quality check, we will process your exchange.
